My background
Nearly three decades of precision —
then everything changed.
I spent nearly three decades building a professional career in real estate — a discipline that required precision, rigour, and evidence. I brought the same analytical mind to hypnosis and NLP when I found it, and what I discovered changed everything.
The skills I had built over thirty years — reading patterns, understanding what sits beneath the surface, working with evidence — turned out to be exactly the foundation I needed. Not a career pivot. A calling.
The moment everything clicked.
I found hypnosis and Neuro-Linguistic Programming at a point in my life when I needed it most — when old patterns weren't working, when I was ready for something different, and when I finally had the courage to look inward rather than push harder outward.
Something happened in that first class that I can only describe as everything clicking into place at once. The mind had fascinated me for years. I had always noticed patterns in people — in behaviour, in the invisible architecture of why we do what we do. And suddenly there was a framework. A language. A way of understanding everything I had observed and experienced, including myself.

I began working with my own subconscious mind instead of against it. I left the career that no longer served me. I built a fitness routine I actually sustain — not through force, but through a genuine reset of the patterns that had always stopped me. I rebuilt my confidence. I found my focus. And I feel more like myself than I have in years.
